It was established in 2008 and conducts business from its registered corporate office which is strategically located in San Martin y Mudrian, Spain. The company's business operation is primarily involved in the generation and production of new energy and provides services for the food and agriculture sectors; the collection and processing of animal by-products obtained from various sectors and companies included in the value chain, such as livestock breeders, fish farms, the food industry, distributors, retailers, and the catering sector; and the collection of fish by-products from the canning industry and fish markets for the production of fish meals and oils. It also collects meat by-products from abattoirs and meat cutting plants and produces a range of animal meals and fats that are used as pre-products for food for pets and farm animals; produces animal fats for chemical industries and meals for fertilizer industries; and collects category I and II animal by-products which are removed from farms, abattoirs and meat cutting plants, fish farms, and fish processing plants. In addition, the company provides selective collection of organic waste, food products that have passed expiry date, animal by-products, and cooking oils from large-scale distributors, retailers, and the hotel and restaurant industry.
